The waaaay too soon ride

So I managed to contract the cold that everyone else seems to have had. It's weird, i worked ina hospital for 14 years, a hospital full of the most infected people in the region and hardly ever got a sniffle, let alone a proper bad cold. since working in the private sector i've had 3 colds in 2 months! this was the worst of all of them, a proper snot dripping one minute, blocked sinus the next coffin cougher.
Of course, being me when i felt a little bit better i went for a ride, told myself i'd not over done it, felt fine afterward but the next day felt worse than i had at the height of the infection. i will never learn.
